Admission process instructions

Talk about school naturally and calmly: ‘In the morning, we’ll drop you at school and pick you up after class. There are lots of children and teachers there — you’ll play games and learn new things!’ This gives children a basic picture of school life, reducing anxiety about the unknown.

This is completely normal! We start with short adjustment periods (2–3 hours at first) and gradually extend. Say goodbye gently but firmly — this shows trust in the teachers and confidence in your child. A prolonged goodbye can actually increase anxiety. Trust us to guide your child through with love.

Crying is a natural expression — we completely understand. Teachers provide one-on-one companionship, go outdoors to blow bubbles or walk, and use favorite toys or stories to redirect attention. We reassure children: ‘Missing Mum and Dad is normal. It’s okay to cry.’

Please label all items. Bring: meal bag (3 bowls + 3 spoons, cleaned daily), water bottle (child can open independently), toothbrush and cup, bedding bag (thin mat + blanket + small pillow), 1 pair non-slip slippers, tissue + wet wipes, 2 seasonal change outfits, spare masks in zip-lock bag.

School hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Use the Electronic Communication App to schedule pickups. Please leave promptly after pickup to keep traffic flow smooth. Extended care fee applies from 6:20 PM, collected by teachers.

Primary communication is through the Electronic Communication App — leave messages anytime, teachers reply during working hours. Whether it’s absence, medication, or sharing milestones, feel free to message us. For emergencies, call the school during office hours.
